Peach almond oats

One of the things I love most about summer are the fresh fruits! Especially peaches. They instantly give me a feeling of warmth and sunshine.

This peachy almond oatmeal bowl is so satisfying and easy to make.

You only need a few ingredients and are good to go.

The combination of peach, berries, coconut yogurt and roasted almond is something you can’t get enough of.

Recipe

For the Breakfast Bowl

  • 45g Oatmeal

  • 100ml Almond milk

  • Cinnamon

  • Peach

  • Blueberries

  • Coconut Yogurt

  • Almond Butter

  • Sliced Almonds

  • Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the oats in almond milk and cinnamon
  2. Slice the peach and add it to a frying pan. You can add a tiny bit of water or oil
  3. Roast the sliced almonds in a frying pan (without oil) and make sure you keep an eye on the so they don’t burn
  4. Add everything in a bowl
  5. Add a drizzle of maple syrup to make it even sweeter
