Peach Almond Oatmeal
One of the things I love most about summer are the fresh fruits! Especially peaches. They instantly give me a feeling of warmth and sunshine.
This peachy almond oatmeal bowl is so satisfying and easy to make.
You only need a few ingredients and are good to go.
The combination of peach, berries, coconut yogurt and roasted almond is something you can’t get enough of.

For the Breakfast Bowl
100ml Almond milk
- Start by cooking the oats in almond milk and cinnamon
- Slice the peach and add it to a frying pan. You can add a tiny bit of water or oil
- Roast the sliced almonds in a frying pan (without oil) and make sure you keep an eye on the so they don’t burn
- Add everything in a bowl
Add a drizzle of maple syrup to make it even sweeter
