Podcasts are my favorite source of motivation, inspiration and knowledge
About two years ago my life started to change just because of a random podcast I came across. It was like a wake-up call. This is where I started to realize how important our mindset, our beliefs, and our values are.
Everything started to shift, and I started listening to podcasts on the train every morning when I went to the office. This is when I got into spirituality and personal development. I set my values and standards, started to dream big, create new relationships, and going after my dreams.
And still to this day I listen to a podcast every morning. They always put me in the right headspace, and I have already learned so much just because of listening to podcast. They play an important role in my personal growth journey.
In the latest years, podcasts have become very popular and they cover all kinds of topics.
Since I am often asked if I have any recommendations, I would like to share my favorite podcasts with you.
This is currently my absolute favorite! I am a big believer of manifestation and the law of attraction and Kathrin Zenkina (aka the Manifestation Babe) explains the way of how to get what you desire very easily.
This podcast is jam packed with actionable tips, personal manifestation stories and a ton of inspiration.
The School of Greatness
This podcast is one of the top-ranked Business and Self-Development podcasts on iTunes for a reason. Lewis Howes brings the greatest thought leaders on the show. His guests included personalities like Tony Robbins and Arianna Huffington.

Earn Your Happy

The 3-time fitness world champion Lori Harder shares with you short little episodes filled with motivation which she calls “quickies”, as well as inspiring conversations and episodes with detailed advice. I love her lighthearted way! She always gives me a spark of inspiration and makes me take action.

This is my absolute favorite podcast when it comes to health and nutrition. Simon Hill explains the benefits of a plant-based diet in terms of our health and the environment in an informative way. He interviews doctors, plant-based role models, athletes and much more. I have learned so much from this Podcast and everything he talks about is backed up by scientific evidence.
If you are interested in a plant-based diet and want to learn more about it without getting it explained in a preachy way, this is the right place for you.
The Health Code
This is probably the most lighthearted and fun podcast I listen to. Sarah and Kurt always spread their positive energy and I love their honest and raw attitude. They share EVERYTHING with you. All the ups and downs, their everyday life experiences, their goals, their slip-ups, and their honest opinion.
Every time before I even start listening to the podcast, I know I’m going to be in a good mood afterwards. The two are very down to earth and share with you the tips on how they life a healthy and balanced lifestyle in all areas of your life.
This Podcast is one of the most popular fitness podcasts there is. It is hosted by three experienced personal trainers who share with you their experiences and knowledge around fitness in an entertaining and informative way. They tell you the truth about the myths of the fitness industry and provide you with their scientifically based solutions that lead to increased muscle development and performance while emphasizing health.
If you are into working out and the sciences behind it, I can highly recommend this podcast. I usually just listen to the Q&A section towards the end of the podcast. You can find the questions they answer in each episode in the show notes.
