Easy Chia Pudding

Basic Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a perfect healthy breakfast (or snack) that you can meal prep. It is rich in fiber, healthy fats, and protein which will keep you full and satisfied for hours.

Chia Pudding is very easy to prepare and for the basic chia pudding you only need 3 ingredients (or just 2 if you don’t use any sweetener)

Chia seeds can absorb as much as 12 times their weight. When they get soaked in milk or water, they swell in size and take on a pudding-like texture.

The soluble fiber in chia seeds can also help with weight loss by keeping you feeling full and it can also help with constipation.

Soaking your chia seeds also makes it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients in these tiny powerful seeds.

So if you haven’t tried chia pudding yet, this is your sign to go and soak some chia seeds in milk right now, so you can eat them for breakfast tomorrow. (Like I did here)

Recipe

For the Chia Pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
