Cinnamon Roasted Apples

What smell comes to mind when you think of autumn/winter? I hope cinnamon is in your top 3, because what makes you feel warmer and cosier than recipes with lots of cinnamon?

What I love about the colder season is the apples. They are juicy and crisp and just taste SO GOOD!

Making cinnamon baked apples is the best combination of these two flavours. Besides, it is so easy to make and you probably already have all of the ingredients you will need for this easy healthy recipe at home.

Pre-heat the oven and make some cinnamon roasted apples today! I love having them for breakfast or as a sweet snack. And the lovely side effect is that they infuse your house with a wonderful smell.


For the Cinnamon Roasted Apples

  • 3 apples

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil


  1. Wash and cut the apples into pieces
  2. Transfer them to an oven safe baking dish and sprinkle with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt
  3. Add the melted butter or oil and mix until everything is well combined
  4. Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes
